Dunque anche le password molto lunghe, quelle in cui maiuscolo e minuscolo si rincorrono intercalati da numeri casuali, non sono più abbastanza per eludere il rischio che i nostri dati vengano sottratti e magari riutilizzati.
È la scoperta di un gruppo di ricercatori della Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, capitanati da una giovane ingegnere informatico indiana, Ashwini Rao, che ha messo a punto un nuovo algoritmo quasi infallibile per craccare le stringhe più segrete lasciate in giro sulle nostre identità digitali.
