Internet non è finito e trova nuovo «spazio»

Dopo la sperimentazione, arriva oggi il nuovo protocollo Ipv6.

Dopo le sperimentazioni e gli allarmi di un anno fa, oggi i principali Internet provider e gli Over the top come Google, Youtube, Facebook, Bing e Yahoo, hanno acceso ufficialmente l’Ipv6, il nuovo protocollo che prenderà il posto di quello attuale, l’Ipv4.
After trials and alarms a year ago, today the leading Internet provider and the Over-the-top like Google, Youtube, Facebook, Bing and Yahoo, have officially switched on the IPv6, the new protocol that will replace the current one, the IPv4.

L’Ipv6, studiato da una task force di cui fa parte lo stesso Cerf, oggi chief evangelist di Google, permette di avere trilioni di combinazioni. Per l’esattezza sono 340 seguito da 36 zeri.
The Ipv6, studied by a task force which is part of the same Cerf, chief evangelist for Google today, allows for trillions of combinations. For the accuracy is 340 followed by 36 zeros.
