7 out of 10 Italians hit by cyber attacks
Il 69% della popolazione italiana, in pratica sette persone su dieci, ha subito una qualche forma di cyber crimine contro una percentuale mondiale del 65%.

È quanto emerge da un rapporto pubblicato dalla società Symantec.

Dal rapporto Norton Cyber Crime Human Impact Report emerge inoltre che il 51% degli intervistati ha scoperto che il proprio pc è stato infettato da virus, il 10% è stato vittima di truffe online e il 4% ha subito il furto di identità.

Nei primi sei mesi del 2010 la polizia postale ha denunciato 819 persone per reati in materia di e-commerce e ne ha arrestate 37. Sono state 2.913 le persone denunciate per hacking, con 76 arrestati, mentre 475 denunce e 51 arresti hanno riguardato i reati pedopornografici.
