 Il software è stato testato a lungo nell’area di Memphis, Tennesee, dove secondo il dipartimento di polizia, il suo utilizzo ha contribuito a ridurre del 30 % nel complesso i reati e del 15 % quelli di tipo violento, contribuendo anche tenere alto il morale degli agenti, aumentando il numero di arresti effettuati e dando un nuovo senso al loro lavoro.
“È uno strumento che serve a combattere il crimine in maniera attiva, piuttosto che intervenire quando i reati si sono già verificati. Serve a far trovare i poliziotti sul posto nel momento in cui i delitti vengono commessi – ha spiegato John Williams, dell’Unità di Analisi del Crimine di Memphis”.

The software was tested for a long time in Memphis, Tennessee, where according to the police department, its use has contributed to a 30% reduction in overall crime and 15% of those violent type, contributing also to maintain a high moral agents, increasing the number of arrests and giving new meaning to their work.
